Responsibilities

As Business Program Manager, Jimmy manages Missouri Enterprise’s Environment and Agricultural Services and as Associate Project Director with University of Missouri – Columbia, he oversees the Industrial Assessment Center’s Energy Program. He reviews and coordinates new business opportunities for both Missouri Enterprise and its clients. Jimmy oversees feasibility studies and business analysis for agriculture related projects and provides assistance to agriculture producers and cooperatives in obtaining state and federal grants. He works closely with MASBDA, USDA, EIERA and other state and federal officials. He manages a variety of environmental issues by helping many Missouri companies reduce and recycle waste to lessen the load on landfills. 

Background and Education

Jimmy is completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Columbia College.  He has been certified as an ISO 14000 Lead Auditor, an Environmental Auditor and for Hazardous Material and Hazardous Waste Management/Handling.

He has more than 25 years experience in the planning, organization, and implementation of Total Quality Management Programs in a service environment and extensive knowledge of maintenance requirements and preventive maintenance in accordance with military standards. Jimmy served as a Team Leader and supervisor of U.S. Citizens and Third Country Nationals with responsibility for requisitioning and receiving of inventory, warehouse operations and for floor layout for retail stores.
